Overview
Saint Joseph Health System Healthy Living Center offers innovative, medically-based wellness programs and services to the community. Also offered is supervised exercise for both individuals and groups, in addition to providing community screenings, such as cholesterol, skin cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. The staff consists of an exercise physiologist, registered dietitians, registered nurses and massage therapists.

- One-on-One Nutrition Consultation - 30 minute or 60 minute sessions available
- Personal Health Reports - Personalized health report based on your individual test results or risk factors
- Screenings - Blood pressure (no charge), Diabetes, Heart Disease, Peripheral Vascular Disease, Prostate Cancer, Sleep, Total Cholesterol and HDL (by appointment only)
